it is important to set goals for yourself because in order to accomplish a long term goal you must go through a few short term goals. For example your goal today might be to get to school on time but in order for that to happen you must have a set of smaller goals like getting out of the shower in no more than 20 minutes or getting out of the house with 10 minutes extra. There are several other goals that may need a lot to get to but at the end of the day you are happy and successful.
